This Project is all about creating a large novelty cake perfect for parties and birthdays. If you want to learn how to carve unusual shapes on cakes, make dragon skin, claws and facial features which are all entirely edible, then this is the Project for you. The videos will cover everything you need to know about selected the cake and what size you will need, how to carve and cover a cake, decorations and detailing. At the end of the Project you will have a fabulous cake that with a real wow factor. It is easy to adapt this cake into any colour whether pink, blue, red, purple or even silver and gold!
