Leesa Collins is the founder and owner of Alice Cakes - originally from Australia and now based in the UK. She is also a Guest Tutor at Pretty Witty Cakes.
Formally working in IT, Leesa decided to change career in 2008 after being made redundant and began looking for a more creative job. That was the moment Alice Cakes was born.
Leesa works predominately in chocolate ganache novelty cakes but also undertakes commissions for weddings and events. Having originally been based in Alice Springs, Australia, Leesa learnt to make super strong cakes that would withstand long road distances up to 400km away!
In late 2012, Leesa moved permanantely to the UK where she now works .
